OUR CORE BUSINESS IS CORPORATE SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENTS. Our expertise is in the hotel and apartment industry, we will source accommodation to suit your needs from 1 week through to 12 months for relocations or contract work anywhere in Australia. Our experience has allowed us to build and develop mutually beneficial working relationships with a select portfolio of preferred hotels and apartment properties that we know will offer quality service and accommodation for our clients. We can therefore guarantee our clients needs will be totally looked after by these properties as we have established long-term relationships with the management. We offer a range of properties to suit most budgets from 3 star to 5 star establishments and a choice of locations from inner-city CBD properties to suburban and bayside properties. Our aim is to provide a select group of Corporations the opportunity to use our services FREE OF CHARGE and ensure that we are looking after the best interests of their staff during this period. If short-term leases are required of 3, 6 or 12 months and Rental Agreements need to be signed, we do charge a small fee to the client for these services. On a 3 month lease the fee is half a week's rent, on a 6 month plus lease the fee is one week's rent. We are also happy to provide "Welcome Care Packages" for your staff/clients' arrival - Grocery items to get them started, Fruit and Cheese Baskets, Champagne & Chocolates. RELOCATION PARTNERS We are not Relocation Agents however, we have developed relationships and affiliated links to other relocation partners who can offer services to help our clients during their relocation period and settle comfortably into their new city, e.g. real estates, travel agents, private school registers, etc. |
